Covid-19. It’s time to stick together
Since Hotel Suite Villa María opened in 2011, we have made a constant effort to achieve the excellence that characterizes us. It has been years of 24/7 work, supported by a staff that we consider almost our family.
The recent crisis faced not only by our country, due to the covid-19 virus, which since December has been making people all over the world sick and has caused the Spanish Government to announce a state of alarm, also forces us to deliver and take the most responsible decisions.
Following the recommendations of confinement and social distancing of the authorities and which have given such good results in countries like China, Hotel Suite Villa María has decided to remain closed until April 20th.
We stay at home (working)
As part of our commitment to the excellent work being done right now by our country’s healthcare staff, we will also follow their recommendations and stay at home. However, our work will not stop.
It is time to reinvent ourselves, to reflect on the future of our hotel, on the tourist model we want to follow and to carry out the necessary physical and technological improvements that will help us to get closer to our guests.
We are going to remain united and convince ourselves that difficult moments help us to put ourselves to test. We will overcome all the obstacles that are put in front of us, because we are lucky to have the most dedicated staff and a clientele that places all their trust in us.
“Everything’s going to be fine”
Since this crisis came to Europe, the drawings of rainbows that children all over the world have stuck on their windows have become a symbol. Our team has also wanted to join this beautiful initiative, maintaining the positivism that makes us stand out.
We are sure that everything’s going to be fine and that soon we will be able to welcome visitors from all over the world again, and also Residents who wish to enjoy a few days to disconnect in our villas.
We also join in the spirit of the Canary Islands Tourism campaign and hope to say Hola again very soon. Our usual channels of communication continue available for any queries you may have and, as usual, we will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
We look forward to seeing you again very soon! Keep safe!
